Christians; do you believe that death is the gateway to heaven?

when death occurs some go to heaven and some go to hell according to the bible

We believe that death is the result of sin, and because everyone sins, everyone must die.

Jesus had to come to die on the cross in order that death isn't going to get in the way of the will of God. In the Old testament, the Israelities slaughtered a lamb and painted the blood on the door. This is the same way with death. We use the blood of the innocent lamb, Jesus to prevent death from being the end.

Death is the end of a person, in most cases. Those who earned their citizenship of God's kingdom by doing what God wanted them to accomplish for the benefit of humanity, will be reborn as spirit persons in God's kingdom.
