Can't access my Y! email. Get HTTP500 error message. Used Y! quick fix tool. Nothing happened. Anything I can/should do? Thanks.?

I should add that it has become more end more difficult to get anything other than a "canned" reply from Yahoo! re problems and errors. It used to be that you could email the info and get a reply that was more to the point. And it looks like you can even phone for help even during regular business hours. It's very frustrating, especially since I pay for my Yahoo! mail.
