Canadian Citizenship Question?
Father J was adopted in the U.S. but born in Canada. Father J marries Mother D a U.S. Citizen. Both give birth two a son in the U.S. in 12-86. Does this son have dual citizenship?

Great question. It depends on whether Father J. can prove that he was a Canadian citizen at the time of the son's birth. If father J had a Canadian passport at that time, yes, for sure, otherwise, maybe.
