God "cannot look upon sin"?

In one answer today, a person stated that "God cannot look upon sin". Now, I have heard evangelist Billy Graham say that. But, I've never read that in Scripture. Can anyone give me a specific passage where God actually said that He "cannot look upon sin"?

    Don't make a fuss. Sin died in 70 AD, when Jerusalem was left with no priest to impose the law of Moses. Now observe the law of the land you live in.

    I've been lied to then. I was told that god can see everything we do even when I'm celebrating palm Sunday while watching porn. Kinda creepy that he watches but what and I do?
