Am I a self hater if I can kind of understand when guys say there aren't as many hot Black girls as other races (Pls read all!!!)?

I agree. Ppl can be offended by this if they want but I see this often. The world does not hate black women. Many people do want to see us do well. Men of all races appreciate black women that take care of themselves.

I'm black female and attractive. I take very good care of my self and I stick out like a purple thumb. I see many pretty black girls who do not groom themselves as well as other races. They make minimal effort like do their hair. And they can be so pretty but are obese or overweight. I see these type so much its disappointing.

Then there are girls who look pretty good but behave like boys/men and are very aggressive they're really disturbing.

Men do love and appreciate black women. Many black women are holding themselves back though.

When men of all races see black women that groom themselves well, are very feminine and walk with confidence they just watch like they are proud to see this like they don't see it often.

I wish more black were ok with being feminine.

Lol all I know is that I take care of myself a lot of non black guys from different parts of the world tell me Im pretty and different Im not even light skinned so it varies for everyone. It depends all on your location some black girls simply dont know how to take care of themselves. They could be really beautiful if they did I hate when they wear those fake long synthetic poinytails. I found out that alot of black girls look 10x better with a natural hairstyle like dreads or a big poofy afro. BUT theres women like that in all races where I live even white women walk around like that. Black women usally dont wear makeup ur right about that thats why other races are seen as more attractive because they keep it on all the time when they take it off they look no better than black girls.

How can you come to this conclusion when you haven't met many black women aside from the ones in your area? I am fairly certain you haven't met me, and I highly doubt you've traveled much.

If you have, then I am sure you would realise that all you are doing, as well as the people in your area, are heavily generalising. That is NOT based on fact, nor does it have ANY VALIDITY.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Everyone has a different type of beautiful. I have never had trouble getting men of any race and I'm a very respectful woman and I treat everyone with respect. Many black women where I live are with Asian men, and they're very happy and in committed relationships. All of my family members are married and have been with their partners for a numerous amount of years.

People who generalise like this don't travel extensively, and they use their misinformed thoughts and think they are true, when it's quite the opposite.

I don't agree that most black girls are pretty. Some are pretty, but that's the same with every race. And I'm waiting to be called a self hater since I said I don't find all black girls attractive

I don't think that necessarily means you're a self-hater, however, I do think it means that you - like many people of all backgrounds in Western society - have fallen prey to European/colonial ideals of beauty.

I agree that African women are gorgeous. I have a friend from an African country, she is very dark skinned and tall and thin (but her butt is still round! urgh lol). She dresses very well and loves Steve Madden and Abercrombie & Fitch clothes and she smiles a lot and is very happy. She attracts men and is attractive. If she were African American she'd probably weigh more, smile less often, have a weave and dress in a hip hop style - and she'd hate her skin color too most likely.

Afro Latinas are also effortlessly sexy and pretty. It's African American girls who have this weird style thats not appealing at all.

But if you mention it to them they get MAJORLY offended and act like they have no idea what youre talking about!! But people aren't just saying it just to be racist jerks, there are lots of people who dont say it directly but hint that they feel the same way. If African American women want to act like its only racism that doesn't find their style/cultural mannerisms attractive then they'll continue to be seen as less attractive by lots of guys compared to other races.

and fsr lots of them act like they're fine with that as in "Who cares, I know Im attractive!" Oh BS, no woman wants to be part of the ugly race. That's why I'm annoyed. I attract men and always have to hear how Im hotter than other/most African American girls but I can see why!! I just want to tell some women that they have pretty faces and will look much better if they take out the extra packet of weave or take off the wig, lose some weight and dress/look like a woman, but then I'd probably get beat up by them to be honest.

The black girls that are beautiful are from Africa. They aren't huge....their ebony skin is flawless...and t hey speak beautiful English. They also are very educated and know how to respect people.

It's really unfortunate the ones who complain about racism have no self respect. Their ancestors worked hard for their freedom yet they've forgotten REAL black culture.

Problem is they go on vacation to LA and Miami...but once in their lifetime they should visit Africa.
