there is something that says something similar to this. however, jesus did plainly say to do what the pharisees and high priests said to do, but to NOT do what they did.

to me its a theory that the chief priest who sought the death of jesus, was involved in a conspiracy with Barabus and was seeking to build an army so that HE could become the messiah according to the false beliefs of the pharisees. aiui. Jesus rebuked the leaven of doctrines from both the pharisees and the saducees alike. he also rebuked traditions, which others i know say is found in the talmud or at the very least the washing of hands. Paul concluded that men should not follow the fables of the jews of philosophies of men.

so, its not all limited to the heathen. but also remember that the Pagans were said to worship God more than the ancient Israelites did. and at least one prophet wrote that if satan worshipers would repent of their sins, that they could be saved too.

also, think about this, that God wiped out all the old religions for a reason, but for a reason he also preserved somethings as historical testimonies so that the truths of the pure and undefiled religion could be saved for Jesus to set things straight, the gospel of jesus christ is therefore preserved even among the heathen and definitely in many ways among egypt, and even in the Zodiak. aiui.

    John 16:2

They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service.

    Romans 12:1

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do - Matt 6:7.

Funny how Christians ignore this, and use a bunch of vain repetitions.

Jeremiah 10 2...It basically states not to do as non-jews (heathens) of other nations do
