They are instructed to believe that about Christians and not about Islamic extremism.

That is the only reason because no person in their right minds would actually regard Christians or even the far right in this nation as extremists.

I've never seen anyone call tea partiers "terrorists". They are certainly extremists, but many people on the extreme edges of their parties are perfectly peaceful and within the law. So this is a really bad analogy.

I'll have to let a liberal who thinks this is OK explain it to you. I'm a liberal who calls a Muslim terrorist a Muslim terrorist... or any number of things I won't post here.
