Who would be more likely to start a war, a mother or a father?

If you could elaborate why, it would be appreciated.

    A father. The mother wouldn't want to send her sons into battle to be killed or maimed. Fathers think that's what sons are for--to bring them glory.

    Mother because they are more protective over people and care more about their care as a father would leave it be and tell everyone to ignore it!
