Is there a laptop with (2) Quad core processors?
I need a laptop with a lot of power for a FEA style program and I'd like to have 2 quad core processors (or more) and 16GB RAM minimum. I haven't seen anything out there with the dual CPUs in the laptop world.

The nearest you may find is a machine with one of the higher AMD "A" series APUs.
They combine up to ten or twelve cores, mixed between CPU and GPU but on a shared bus so cores can be used from either side.
