Does. A "dose" is something completely different!

No camera has "good video quality". The quality of the video depends on the skill of the person using the camera.

The best kind of cameras for video are video cameras, like camcorders. That Nikon camera is a stills camera, sure it can take video too, but it was not designed as a video camera. If you are buying it for taking video, then you are buying the wrong kind of camera, and you are also wasting your money.

If you want to combine video and stills, you should be looking at the Sony SLT A-58 - Nikon buys its sensors from Sony in the first place. No true DSLR can match the video performance of an SLT, which allows you to shoot video through the viewfinder.

If video's all you want, look at camcorders.

Video quality is dictated mostly by user skill. The camera is only a tool. The camera of choice to capture video may show how good you are exactly unless you know exactly why you are using the wrong tool like a dSLR.

The good news is that it has full HD, and all the lenses you could possibly want.

The bad news is that any $200 - $300 camcorder will put it to shame. The audio, continuous focus, and zoom is not matched by any DSLR.

Some things to think about, it does not have any real slow motion capability. It has one slow motion mode at HD and that is only half speed.

For videos, you should buy a Camcorder or Video Camera.

They are designed for that purpose.
