The fish looks to be missing its head, was this taken from a video? Perhaps you could post the link?
*Edit, found the video, it's a Mahi Mahi fish, also known as a Common Dolphin fish. The general flatness of the face (and bad picture) made it look like the head was removed. For future reference, screenshots or linking the video makes it much easier to get a proper ID.

Ian is right. It is the Dolphin, also called a mahi-mahi.
Note that the dolphin fish is not related in any way to the marine mammal called a dolphin.
