Trying to drink more water but my body isn t used to it?

So I m trying to be healthier and drink more water (I typically only drink about a bottle a day haha). The problem is that my body isn t used to drinking that much water! I feel like I have to go to the bathroom all the time! It s not a big deal when I m at home, but I am a college student and work part time so I have 11-12 hour days during the week! Is this something my body will adjust to over time? Or is there anything I can do to help it? Thanks!

Definitely don't drink it all at once but through out the day. If you are thirsty then it means you are already dehydrated. Depending on your weight, size and how much you exercise the rule of thumb would be to never be thirsty. I drink about a gallon and a half a day but I exercise a lot and I am really big but make sure to never drink too much water at the same time pace yourself throughout the day

Don't go into it all at once. Make sure you work up to it and be sure you're drinking a little bit of water at different times throughout the day instead of all at once, this should help.

Doesn't matter if you're used to it or not, we process it all the same. Stop drinking so much water when you have to go to class, and you wont have to urinate as much.
