Yep, many times. I've also been called out by name in questions I'm blocked from answering.

Newell is just a troll. Nothing he posts here is based in facts. He is useless and the only thing to do with him is have fun pointing out his lies. He can't stop you from responding in the comments of people who don't have you blocked.

Yes, many Conservatives here do just that. How do I know? When they answer my question, and I can't down vote their foolishness or try to educate them, thats one way of knowing.

Next, some like "Libcrusher" and "Rich B" ask questions towards Liberals but they blocked most of them.
