I get around 1,200 a month and my mortgage payment is a little under $3,000. are there any programs out there that can reduce my payment, or help me out in any way so i can make ends meet ? anybody you think i can call for help ?

The first place you should start with is the company servicing your loan (collecting the monthly payments). Ask for a loss mitigation specialist when you call. Let them know what your situation is, and they will check in to all possible programs. They do not want your house back, and will do all they can to keep your loan "performing".
Sometimes, though, there just is no solution other than for you to sell your home and move into a rental that you can afford. They will work with you on that a little to, perhaps setting up a forbearance plan or some sort of short-term payment modification.

I'm really sorry for your injury, but it sounds like you can no longer afford the house.
Your mortgage company might work with you on a short-term basis, but ultimately you borrowed money that you cannot pay back. Selling the house is probably in your near future.
If the house were completely paid for, there are things like reverse mortgages, but but I don't think that works if you already have a mortgage.

Sell your house, that's a big mortgage payment for a disabled (even working) 60 year old.

You should talk to your Mortgage company. Explain your financial situation and they might come up with a plan for you.
