Movie buff here. Bought a region 1 dvd of The Cook The Thief The Wife and Her Lover for $20.00 about 12 years ago. An unused dvd of same movie goes from $100-$200 now. Glad I kept and just curious how it could go up that much.?

    Sorry but DVDs don't sell for that much unless there is just no other way to get the movie. That movie is available, though.

    My wife just bought a copy out of a pawn shop over the weekend. it was 3 bucks.So someone is pulling your leg.
