My ex recently told that " I still consider you my first love still never quit felt the way I felt about you with anyone else 🙈🙈🙈" so Whay does this mean exactly? She still has feelings? Is there a chance of us being something? I don't want to date, at most just fool around.

It's none of your business how she feels about you nowadays.
It'll only mess with your head by trying to figure out exactly what she means.
Try to move on from her If possible.
