If this were Israel who would be saying this, he would be calling it a "massacre". In short, it's ok if Palestinians kill Hamas but not ok if Israel does it.

I think that creating a coalition and banking on powerful support against Hamas would benefit Fatah greatly as they're the main contendents they have for domination of Palestinian politics.
