Does Hypnosis really work for weight loss?

    I am a Hypnotherapist and run a weight Management Programme this consists of treating the client as a whole person not as a weight problem we look at the issues affecting that persons life and why they haven't had any luck with loosing weight in the past we then work at redressing the problems and also making a life plan so that the future goals are attainable we also look at changing the clients mindset on the way they look at and address food in general this is not a diet program in fact that word is banned from the onset the average person looses 2 to 4 lbs per week and usually manages to maintain the weight loss when they have attained there goal weight

    This is only a brief description of how things work and as with any therapy or weight loss programme it is not suitable for everyone
