I am in the middle of the normal weight range and, for breakfast, I eat a whole wheat bagel (200 Calories), one ounce of mozzarella cheese (80 Calories), Greek yogurt (120 Calories), and two dried plums (60 Calories). 460 Calories total and 30g protein.

That would be a bad breakfast.
Try fruit with a hard boiled egg, and you can alternate that with scrambled eggs or oatmeal (sweeten with raisins, no sugar). If you love chocolate coffee, get chocolate soy milk light -- it's 90 calories a cup -- and add 1/2" to the top of your coffee cup. Should only be about 20 calories. Of course, you can always have veggies for breakfast. If you want bacon once in a while, check out turkey bacon; it's very low calorie compared to pork.

Have you ever tried bullet proof coffee? That **** is like crack especially on an empty stomach - you get a lot done.
Or why have breakfast at all? I regularly skip breakfast and im fine, it has no effect on my concentration. I feel clearer and more awake and have greater sensitivity to stimulants.
As someone who was 270lbs obese and been 165lbs (2 years later) and is now 6ft 5 210lbs 10% body fat (3 years later) with abs and a 450lb deadlift, my advice to you would be don't eat breakfast. Just skip it. I tend to eat 2 large meals a day and that's it and I stick to meat and veg as meals with fruit only as pre\post work out.

If anything, breakfast should be your biggest meal because you burn it off through the day. Have a medium lunch and a smaller dinner because you're unlikely to burn off all of dinner before you go to bed, good luck c:
