" It is to rid of wrinkle " Moisturizers don't get rid of wrinkles!
Moisturizers have magical formula to get rid of dry skin, they're just temporary, until your next bath. You need good skin care and it's a life time thing. If you're a teen and you already have dry skin: avoid too much sun and too much soaking in the tub or pool = skin's worst enemies.
Eating right is best. AVOID too much sun & too much soaking in the tub or pool. If you're a teenager, with dry skin, as you continue to aged, will only MAKE YOUR SKIN DRYER.
The sun & too much soaking in the tub or pool are skin's worst enemies. I didn't think I have allergies, but for 4 months, I've used a new product 100% Paraben Free, 100% natural ingredients (St. Ives brand). I couldn't return it, it was on sale, but I didn't start feeling weird until 4 months later. I got rid of the product, I couldn't return it, it's 1/4th from the bottle. Gel harms the nerves, I've preached about that for months and I've gotten rid of ANYTHING gels @ my house.

The sun is very drying to the skin. Chlorine is very drying to the skin. Air conditioner & heater during winter is drying to the skin. Too much soaking in the tub, is very drying to the skin. If you do a lot of that during the summer, comes winter the skin suffers.
Exfoliate using a wash cloth, when you take quick showers, using bath & body wash. Protect the sun during the summer. Any of those prevents drying the skin too much. My favorite protection is an umbrella, they were invented to protect us from the element.
And sometimes we feel entirely virtuous about our skin-care regimen because it's full of SPF-- all year round!-- and cleansers and such. But the truth is, we may not realize that we're overdoing (or underdoing) something that can lead to the very thing we're trying to avoid: dryness, breakouts, accelerated aging, New York dermatologist Dr. Jeannette Graf. (I've been giving this same advice for decades, but she's proof enough!).

Yes. Anyone can use anti-wrinkle cream. If anything, it's good to start early! I recommend Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel cream because it's for dry skin and it's super moisturizing!
