God's plan seems far from perfect. First eve eats the fruit, then, with the flood, god has to wipe out?

Update:

nearly all of humanity, then at the tower of babel he has to force people to not get along, then later has to have his own son killed. Doesn't sound like an omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent being to me

Remember that all of Genesis and most of Exodus is a series of fables. The stories were adapted from earlier cultures to teach lessons, not to be taken literally.

When you say "perfect" you mean "to my liking" not "perfect in functionality".

A perfectly functioning toilet can't pretend that the poop is good. It has to flush it away.
