Promotion with no raise?
I was asked if I would like the office manager position. It s triple the work. They said I would not be getting a raise worth this me position. I said yes but now that I think about it why would I work harder for the same amount of money I make now. I want to ask them for more money but I m scared they will fire me if I don t except the job.
So if they say no to a raise should I stay at my current position or take the promotion with no raise?

Ask for it. IF they still say no, then do the job anyway.
Here is the benefit. You do the job, say for 6 months. Then you start looking for another job, that you can now list the promotion to your resume. This manager position may find you another manager position with a lot more money, since, now, you have experience.
Or, think about it another way. You decline since they wont give you a raise, and they let you go. Then, when you interview for another job and tell them, you rejected a job with more responsibility and no raise, may make you less wanted in another job.
