Alguem aí tem alguma simpatia contra infarto?

De uns meses para cá venho percebendo que meu coração está sofrendo algumas palpitações e as vezes eu sinto dores no meu braço.

Queria que alguém me indicasse uma simpatia que me curasse, já que não confio nesses médicos.

    Sim a simpatia e:

    Comer Vegetais todo o dia.

    E em dia que comer vegetais não comer nada que tenha muito colesterol ou gordura

    E no dia depois de comer vegetais Pratique um exercício Cardio simples.

    Amiga E tiro e queda essa simpatia.
