What is nice, affordable town to retire in Delaware? I like the fact it is near water, and I hear it's affordable to live in (no taxes).?
But I don't know about the different towns and which would be best for me when I retire. I like museums, arts, films, etc, but I also like safety and affordability.

Delaware has no sales tax, but they get their money from income tax, property tax and many other taxes. Do not think that no sales tax means there is no taxation. Delaware has expenses like every other government and needs to collect taxes.
