woould there me a comma between pretty and little in

"Pretty li'l flowers"

Since I think they are equal adjectives and commas separate them

Please explain y or y not please

    NO comma commas separate things in a list of three or more

    No, because two adjectives can follow each other without a comma. If you have more than two, it's common practice to use commas with an "and" or an "or" before the last one.
