Vote for the person the media hates...?

Rand Paul will continue to be and is being attacked and demonized by the mainstream media from both the neo conservatives and the progressive liberals. This is either because the system fears he will end the blatant corruption or to give the illusion the system fears him and he's controlled opposition. Just having one person in the White House is not going to be some savior, even if he is really is rightious. The system has to be changed from the bottom up, not at the very top which means the local elections matter more and would be easier to keep out election rigging if watched over properly by the citizenry. Just putting one person at the very top when blatant corruption is rampant all over then 100's who can get close could either take him out or threaten to keep them in line.
