problem when trying to run some pc games?

Update:

Whenever i try to run some pc games i get an error saying the application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000007b

I have tried to re-install microsoft c++ and .net framework multiple times to no avail. I have replaced dll files in system32 folder and i have re-installed directx.

I have ran a disk check and i have done a virus scan and malware scan but nothing seems to work, any solutions available?

Update 2:

Ive made sure all my divers and directx is all up to date but i get the same error

    Make sure your version of Windows, Direct X and all drivers (especially your video drivers) are all up to date.
