    Di la verdad porque si no lo haces ahora es peor, dile que necesitas un break y que quieres estar sola.

    No hay manera "agradable" de que haya un rompimiento,

    entonces, mejor directo, "mejor seamos amigos", y listo,

    aunque es posible que ni eso puedan ser después
