Why are so many people unintelligent and lower class?

Children raised by lazy parents with no structure or responsibility to teach them the value of an education, who grow up to be lazy, gullible, irresponsible, ignorant adults, who repeat the same mistakes their parents made. Like having children as teens, getting on welfare, public housing, food stamps etc. This can go on for 4-5 generations. Democrats and lawmakers should put more restrictions on social programs because these are the kinds of citizens it creates. Course these people are the Democrat base.

They're lower class because they're unintelligent and they're unintelligent because they dropped out.
