What does it mean when my rabbit jumps around in a weird way?
I didn't want the bunny my sister made my father buy it for him. I feel quite bad, so i always take it out for about 20 minutes every 4 hours. It tends to jump around the cage and also while being outside. But the cage is so small, that I really want to buy a new one that has more space for it to roam around. But my father is cheap and doesn't understand that a bunny needs more space. But here is the question what does it mean when my bunny jumps around in a weird manner? Is it happy or sad?

Yup. A leap in the air accompanied by a twist is called a "binky."
I'm glad you are allowing this bunny to exercise. I'm attaching a video that may prove helpful if you need support for why bunnies need a large enough cage and plenty of exercise.
My link below is a rabbit info site that also provides further information on rabbit care and includes some inexpensive ways to provide a large cage for a rabbit. (The video section on the weebly site also shows some clips of bunnies binkying.)

I know what you mean. How would your father like being stuck in a cage all day? But for me, I just rabbit proof the bedroom
and let him live there. You can potty train them easily.

It means he's happy! My bunny does that too! please take ur bunny out more often if it has a small cage, my bunny's cage is the size of an english bulldog's crate! it's huge! bunnies need to take 3 hops in the cage and be able to stand on their hind legs.. if he can do that, then it's a decent size.. otherwise, tell ur dad he needs a bigger cage!

Its probably binkying. (hopefully) sign of bunny happiness.
