Are Quintile aspects important?
I've read that they indicate talent.. but some say It means nothng and are not important.
If it's still have an effect on you. What is the effect of venus Q ascendant and mars Q jupiter. what do they mean?

The influence of Quintiles is SO minor, that whenever an astrologer gives a lecture at any astrological convention, and they use example charts (usually of famous people), they NEVER talk about Quintiles.
As far as "talent" goes, we are not talking about "take-It-to-the-bank" kind of talent (where you get rich or famous off it). The Quintile is not an indication of extraordinary talent.
Rather, it indicates the two need of those planets work well together ... you have a talent for using them together.
Venus is how you relate to others, and the Ascendant is your social mask .. so you have a talent of accurately coming across (Asc.) in the same way that you actually relate to people once you get to know them and relax with them a bit more (Venus).
Mars Q Jupiter is a talent for taking action on things you want for yourself (Mars) in such a way that you don't offend others and may in fact actually help them (Jupiter) ... or a talent for getting others to help YOU get what you want.
However, if there is a stronger factor in your chart (and just about ANY factor in your chart WILL be stronger) and that factor contradicts your Quintile aspect, consider the Quintile aspect pretty much null and void (since it is very weak in the first place).
