Is 5'6" short for a 15-year-old female?

I feel I'm too short and I want to get to AT LEAST 5'7" but I'm too short..

    No, you have a good 3 to 5 years to grow another inch. Don't worry about it

    I stopped growing at 15 but I'm only 5'2. You're fine.
