Why do TV continuity announcers ruin films by telling us the first half hour or more?
I would rather not know before I have seen, what I'm supposed to be shocked and interested by.
OH this is a rant but a question too ...but hope it's seen by TV companies...you stupid twits.
Please don't tell me what will happen in the next Star Wars film. I'd like to see it with surprised eyes.
Does anybody agree that continuity announcers are worse than war criminals?

They are thoughtless and only have their own interest in mind;to advertise. They forget we are hopeful of entertainment and surprise/suspense is part of the joy of taking in a story.

It's called advertising and anyone who is presenting something that has cost millions of dollars will want to advertise to promote what they made to draw more people to watch.
