Playing tab written for standard tuning while using guitar in open g tuning?

How does one play guitar tab, written for std. tuning, when one's guitar is tuned to open G?

Any methods or instruction?

Any tips?

Know where to look?

Any help will be appreciated.

    I would answer but I dunno. That's a good question though!

    If you able to find chords of the music piece then play it on Open G but if you only have tab then transpose it to Open G tuning or re-tune your guitar to standard tuning.

    Learn to read sheet music. Tab is for people who want to pretend to play the guitar.
