How can you order coloured contacts on pinky paradise without prescription?

    usually the prescription will say 0.00, which is no prescription. However, some of their lens are not available without prescription.

    From what my friends here in NYC says...

    Under USA laws you can only obtain any contact lenses

    from a certified eye doctor or optometrist. Because contact lenses

    of any type is considered a medical device.
