Variety in fishes diet?

I am looking to incorporate for variety into my molly and platy's diet. Right now I just feed flakes, crushed dehydrated seaweed, and occasionally a pea or two, what else can I add for better nutrition? TIA

You could use or make a veggie clipp and offer them zuccini, cucumber, cantalope, other vegies and fruits. I have tried them with unsalted canned carrot slices, its soft enough for them to get peices of and high in vitamins, including c, which is important for fish.

You can feed them frozen foods like brine shrimp, bloodworms, and daphnia, maybr once a week.

New life spectrum thera plus A, is a good pellet for a change now and then.

I got some special spiralina flakes with garlic added from a seller on ebay, and my fish looove it.
