How do you take out a really small splinter?
I have a tiny splinter on the bottom of my foot.

Sterilize a sewing needle and use that. Make sure your foot is clean too (wipe it with a saltwater swab, or alcohol).

Use a safety pin to break the skin, and pull it out with tweezers. After it is out, immediately put alcohol or peroxide on it to avoid infection.
