Use the given information to evaluate cos(a - B)

tan a = 4/3, sin B = -7/25; pi < a <3pi/2, 3pi/2< B < 2pi

    sin a = -4/5, cos a = -3/5, cos B = 24/25. You take it from there!

    cos (a -B)= cos a cos B + sin a sin B
