iMessage problem going from iPhone 4 to 6? I just went to Best Buy and got an iPhone 6?

    When I got home I got a text from a friend ( with an iPhone ) on my iPhone 4. I don't want to have to check my iPhone 4 for iMessages that don't go to my new 6, what's going on?

    turn off imessage on the 4, and wipe it. Then turn it on w/the 6. Old phones should always be wiped anywyas even if selling or giving away etc
