Yes, I am, or at least that's what the plan is. Its been in effect for quite some time. Not only are 80% of Planned Parenthood clinics in Black communities but there's also the FBI's COINTELPRO program against us, the CIA's crack cocaine epidemic, local law enforcement's war on drugs that targets Blacks, red lining of Black neighborhoods to prevent economic growth, the taking over of hip hop to promote violence in the Black community and the psychological warfare the media plays in all of it. But of course this society we live in will never admit to it even though the evidence is out there.
