I'm feeling pain in my tibia?

For a moth now i've been feeling a pain in my tibia (bone under the knee), but today the pain increased a lot. It hurts only when I touch it, but hurts a lot. Can you please advise me what this could be? I'm 18 and i've read that there's a possibility for cancer in my age range and i'm really worried. I have an appointment for a doctor after 2 days. Thanks in advance =)

Update:

Thank you for the link, my feet's arches are actually flat (inborn). But nothing is wrong with my leg, which gets me more worried.

I also don't have any other bone pain through the rest of my body.

Nobody can tell you until you see your doctor. At your age, the chances of it being anything other than a minor injury are extremely small. You shouldn't be freaking out too bad over this.

It might simply be Shin Splints from exercise on hard surfaces and poor shoes? Google it.
