Kids Tv show about a small human?

I'm trying to find a tv show I used to watch. My friends are convinced it doesn't exist but I remember it. It was animated, about a guy who was like thumbelina. He had a sister who was normal size and two parents, it was sort of like honey I shrunk the kids. He would always get stuck in things or would have to save things. I think he had dark hair too. Also I can't remember but his name might have been George or something. If anyone remembers please tell me what it's called!
