my radio in my car just randomly stopped working oneday it turns on and stuff but if i go on to any stations it is just static any help?

Aerial is the most likely fault. may have become disconnected from the rear of the head unit. It may have a power amplifier which has stopped working. The aerial itself may have suffered some corrosion preventing a good earth contact to the car body or maybe even the aerial cable has broken/chaffed.

Sorry, many possibilities and investigation of the actual car rather than internet diagnosis will find it.

Hi yes it has died like most electronics does from a dry joint within it's works usually. so a new radio should be bought.
