You have the problem that I had for about 6 years before any doctor could give me an answer. I finally found out that mine are from latent allergies (allergies that do not show up until a few hours after whatever I was allergic to touched me) in this case it was several foods. I learned that tomatoes and any types of tomato sauces caused the most bumps or "ulcers" as my doctor called them. You can pay attention to what you eat and see if there is any correlation. Or you can ask your doctor for blood allergy tests. The testing I got done was called ALCAT (I think, not positive though) and over 100 foods came up that I had latent allergies to! Allergic reactions don't have to be severe, they can cause blisters on your throat and anywhere in your GI tract where you can't see them. I really recommend looking into allergy testing
