Do you ever feel suddenly disconnected to the world?

Like, everything's all fine and dandy, but suddenly you're seeing it all smaller than it actually is and everything is heard from a distance and your mind and being leaves your physical body?

I swear I'm not on anything...

Update:

*from the world. Disconnected from the world. God.

In a way, but probably not in the same way you're saying. I feel like I stopped being a part of the world months ago... sure, I'm existing, but I'm not really living. I'm just a spectator here living on borrowed time.

Yes. It sounds as though you could have a neurological disorder, like epilepsy. You could also be experiencing something called "Depersonalization" that can happen in psychological or psychiatric disorders. Best thing to do is see your doctor. :)
