    See a therapist and tell her/him that you're suicidal. Drunks talk truth that they keep secret when sober.

    If getting drunk makes you suicidal, then stop drinking. Really, why would you want to be suicidal?

    vent to someone. let all your emotions/thoughts/feelings out. do not let yourself deal with it alone and do not allow yourself to be alone when you are feeling this way.
