Why have i not had my first kiss and i'm 16?

I feel so embarrassed to say i'm 16, never had a boyfriend, never had a first kiss, not even close to losing my virginity any time soon. Whats wrong with me?? I'm not ugly or fat but i do lack in confidence. I do really like someone but he barely notices me, i've messaged him every once and a while but its always me messaging him first, i never know what to put! I've had a few conversations with him in person when i'm with my friends and he does find me funny, but i sit in front of him in maths and i never say a word because i'm on my own and have 0 confidence, i just feel like a loser because all of my friends and cousins have boyfriends and stuff and i've had 0 experience with anything, i just want to find the right person i guess

Don't worry! I didn't have a boyfriend or my first kiss until I was 18. I'm 19 now and I'm still a virgin! It's not a bad thing, and it's not a competition. You don't have to do certain things at certain ages

Its not a bad thing. It means that the right one hasn't come yet. Don't rush into anything too fast, you could end up regretting it later. Just keep your head up and be proud of who you are, you don't need a man in your life to complete you yet. That comes later. You should be worrying more about school matters, not dumb boys! (;
