no matter what i do , i simply can't lose weight. i am 50, and i work in an office, so i sit all day and to top it off i have thyroid problems.. i exercise 4 times a week and eat healthy and suggestions will help..

Perhaps try to eat small, healthy snacks between main meals to keep your metabolism going all day. Eating small, more frequent meals throughout the day can help speed up your metabolism. Also, by 'meals', it doesn't necessarily mean a full meal like breakfast or dinner, it could just be as simple as a banana and a hand full of almonds. Food for thought.
