How do I change the clock in my Dodge Durango?

There's a remote for the radio, that came with the car when I bought it, I can see if it'll work for that. I tried holding the buttons down, everything I could think of, and it never did anything.

Looking at the pic, i doesn't seem to have any configuration buttons. Does it have a remote? you can try the reset button see if any thing changes. Maybe the buttons are on the back of the clock, see if you can remove it. that's the only logical way i can think of.
