How to tell them how hurt I am?

So I went on a bike ride w my parents earlier, and I'm really not a fit person. I specifically asked if we'd be on roads and they said no, it was a short quiet bike ride. It was actually 12 miles on the main roads and in the really busy city. So naturally I complained probably quite a bit bc it was demonic. When we got back they made me 'have a chat' and they went on about me being a spoiled brat, and how my dad apparently hated his life and everything we've ever done together he hated, and we're going on a big holiday to New York in 2 weeks and he said he didn't want to go to that, that when we've been to Florida he never wanted to go, amd most things we do together he hated. Them my mum basically repeated that. I don't think they see how much I'm hurt, because they've basically said everything we've ever done they hated. I'm so hurt. Help.
